Having grown up on a Sheep and Beef farm in the mighty Tararua district, Stephanie has been immersed in the agricultural industry all her life. Prior to starting with Property Brokers, Steph held a role in the PGG Wrightson Technical Team as their North Island Soil Scientist for five years. There, Steph worked with farmers to drive more meat, milk, wool and grain from the same hectare, pushing the envelope in an environmentally sustainable way.

Passionate about technical extension, Steph is certified in Nutrient Management through Massey University and has a strong environmental aptitude, providing environmental advice and support for farmers developing sustainable and profitable future farming systems.

Steph thrives in connecting people throughout the agricultural industry. With strong communication skills, she is actively involved in the community, residing in friendly Feilding with her partner Jack and West Highland Terrier ‘Poppy’. Steph’s understanding of the rural community gives her the knowledge and ability when working around farm investment requirements, alongside her ability to communicate and negotiate while creating lasting relationships with those she deals with.

Steph adds to the dynamic Property Brokers Rural team a strong background in farm systems, environmental compliance and an appetite for success.

Her in-depth knowledge skill and experience dealing with farmers, rural professionals, corporates and the agricultural community in general helps Steph achieve positive results for her clients in both the commercial and operational aspects of rural real estate transactions.
